Job Summary
Vignate Plant is looking for a Financial Controller with manufacturing experience who brings strong analytical capability and sound accounting fundamentals - someone who can move seamlessly between the discipline of accounting and the deeper analysis that drives smarter operational decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting manufacturing operations through cost and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead), inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close activities. Beyond execution, the role plays a key part in strengthening accounting and costing processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing reporting and internal controls that help move the organization forward. The successful candidate is both a doer and a thinker - comfortable in a plant-based environment,
energized by change, and motivated by translating complex manufacturing data into clear, actionable insight. Sitting at the intersection of accounting and financial analysis, this role supports budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting tied directly to production performance. You will be part of the Industrial Controlling team reporting to Vignate Plant Controller in a leading manufacturing facility that produces ETO Engineered solutions as well as MTO/MTS standard series products within EMEIA Compression Systems & Services Business unit.
