The Level Group operates the direct-to-consumer business, ecommerce and physical retail, for a portfolio of luxury brands, running their online stores and monobrand retail networks across Europe and the US.
We are looking for a Retail Allocator to own the distribution of product across our retail network: a focused set of flagship and directly operated stores, department store shop-in-shops, and outlets across EU and US.
Working from the volumes set by planning and the assortment defined by buying, you will decide how product is allocated, replenished, and rebalanced across stores to maximize sell-through and availability while protecting full-price sales. The role starts on one brand and may extend to others in the group's portfolio.
You will report to the Head of Buying & Merchandising and sit on the buying and merchandising side, with the Retail Manager as your day-to-day counterpart on store execution.
What you'll do:
- Own initial allocation of incoming deliveries across stores and clusters, translating available stock into store-level distribution that reflects demand,
store profile, and size and model curves.
- Manage in-season replenishment and rebalancing, moving product across the network to match real demand, clear slow points, and protect availability on key lines.
- Manage size and model curves at store level, ensuring each door carries the right depth and breadth for its profile, not a flat split across the network.
- React to sell-through, stock coverage, and rotation on a weekly basis, turning performance signals into concrete allocation and transfer decisions.
- Reason by store format, not flat across the network: flagship and directly operated stores, department store and shop-in-shop, and outlet each get differentiated allocation logic and coverage targets.
- Optimize stock availability by minimizing overstock, stock-outs, and distribution inefficiencies, prioritizing scarce product where it sells best and protects full-price positioning.
