ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Destination Manager
LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan) or full remote
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent Contract, tempo pieno
SALARY RANGE: €35.000 - €43.000 (we will determine the offer based on experience and seniority)
We're looking for a highly motivated and Destination Manager to join our Supply team as we enter a new phase of growth, with significant international expansion and a growing focus on the US source market.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Destination Manager who can combine strong product judgement, supplier management, and US customer understanding to help scale WeRoad globally and deliver unique, best-in-class travel experiences for our WeRoaders.
What you'll do:
- Own the commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of destinations and itineraries
- Develop and improve itineraries for international travellers, with increasing focus on the US source market
- Negotiate directly with suppliers and partners to improve margin, quality, and customer experience
- Build and manage relationships with DMCs, direct suppliers, and external travel producers
- Analyse product performance and quickly identify opportunities or issues across pricing, demand, quality, and operations
- Solve operational and customer issues in a fast-moving environment, including support during live incidents or emergen
