Job Summary:
We have a great Account Manager opportunity to join an exciting and innovative sales team in Padua.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who has solid experience dealing with customers and generating profit from existing customer relationships.

You will inherit an already well established patch of 30 customers with the goal to identify customer needs and apply the company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improve profitability, develop strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals.

What you will be doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources
- Develops strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers
- Engages customers in joint planning that integrates the company's services, programmes and supplier partnerships, securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company’s market position, engagement and financial goals
