We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary leadership team and help shape distinctive dining experiences that surprise, delight and inspire our guests. About the Role
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, culinary execution and team leadership while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency and guest satisfaction. Working closely with the Executive Chef,



you will combine hands-on culinary expertise with strong operational leadership, personally contributing to the kitchen while guiding and developing a high-performing team.

You will play a critical role in driving guest satisfaction, maintaining operating budgets, delivering exceptional food experiences and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and excellence. Your leadership will help ensure that every culinary touchpoint reflects the bold personality and elevated standards synonymous with W Hotels.
