We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Deputy Head of IT, HSBC Securities (GCB 4/SVP)

Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Able to deputize IT Head Role for HSBC Korea Securities, providing leadership cover and continuity for critical decisions and delivery
- Own end-to-end technology support for Equity Execution Platforms, including FIX and API connectivity; lead major incident management by coordinating Global IT,

local business, vendors and regulatory reporting activities where required
- Provide strategic oversight of core infrastructure services, including networks, Linux Server and data center capabilities, ensuring resilience, performance and operational readiness
- Lead security and compliance from end-user computing, driving continuous improvement in controls, audit readiness, and policy adherence
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business and with external parties (KRX, KOSCOM and FSS), ensuring transparent communication and stable IT operations
- Drive cross-region alignment and delivery by partnering closely with HSBC APAC IT leadership and teams
- Direct the annual IT security risk assessment programme, ensuring high-quality submissions and timely reporting to local regulators
