Job Purpose

Responsible for the strategic design, configuration, implementation, continuous optimization, and day-to-day operations of the SAP SuccessFactors platform within the organization. This role merges solution architecture, business application expertise, and system administration to ensure SAP SuccessFactors effectively supports the organization’s human capital management (HCM) processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning management. The role provides leadership in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, optimizing system performance, and ensuring end-user satisfaction through continuous support and training.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Solution Architecture
- Define the technical and functional architecture of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, and other third-party systems to enable unified data flow and streamlined processes.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management,



Learning Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and others as required.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure system access aligns with organizational policies and complies with data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and oversee system performance, troubleshooting issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly release management processes, testing new features, and implementing updates while minimizing disruption to users.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, user training, go-live, and post-deployment support, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
