About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager (gn) to lead the development and execution of our More Nutrition brand strategy for Italy.

In this role, you’ll shape impactful campaigns, drive local marketing initiatives, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and local retailers to grow our presence in the Italian market.

You can work remotely and should be open to occasional travel to our HQ in Hamburg, Germany.

Your mission

Develop and execute the Italian brand and marketing strategy by aligning global direction with local consumer insights

Define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns across all relevant channels

Help define the local product portfolio focus based on market needs and opportunities

Lead integrated brand campaigns by briefing assets that are brand-compliant and tailored to the Italian audience

Manage agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution

Track key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience across all D2C and retail channels

Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with key Italian retailers to ensure strong brand presence online and in-store

Act as the brand guardian for Italy, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity

Partner with local Commercial teams and other stakeholders to align marketing with market goals

Monitor competitors, trends, and new market opportunities and derive actionable plan

Your experience & skills

-
4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods within FMCG, responsible for 50m+ revenue
