The M&A; specialist supports the execution of the company’s growth strategy by contributing to the end‑to‑end M&A; process.
Working closely with senior team members,
the role provides analytical and operational support across all phases of the M&A; lifecycle — from market scouting and target analysis to deal execution and post‑merger integration.
This position offers strong exposure to strategic decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on experience in complex transactions within a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.
Your role at a glance:
- Support the end‑to‑end M&A; process, contributing to multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle.
- Assist in market scouting and target identification, including industry analysis, desktop research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments.
- Contribute to the preparation of investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management.
