As Sourcing Professional for Baker Hughes, you will contribute to cross-functional projects as a key team member, ensuring timely achievement of sourcing milestones and business objectives.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Defining, implementing and continuously improving sourcing strategies for the Forgings commodity, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality requirements, cost competitiveness and supply chain resilience.
- Managing supplier relationships and commodity portfolio activities, including supplier performance, capacity assessment,



risk mitigation and long-term development plans.
- Leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, RFQs, should-cost analyses and productivity projects to achieve cost, quality, delivery and inventory targets.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Operations teams to support new product introductions, technical reviews and supplier qualification activities related to forgings.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization, value engineering, localization and supply base consolidation within the Forgings commodity.
- Handling communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding sourcing strategies, technical requirements, commercial agreements and project execution.
