Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our office in Milano
Reporting directly to Site Supervisors Coordinator you will:

You are the right fit if you have/are:
- Fluent in English. German appreciated.
- Master Degree in Construction, Civil, or other technical Engineering background
- 2-4 years of experience in a construction site context or excavation, digging.
- Availability to spend long periods abroad on site (approx. 70-75% per year).
- Driving license.
- Leadership attitude.
- Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.
- Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset.

What we offer
- Type of contract: Permanent full time
- Location: Milan, Hybrid
- Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
- Job Level/Category: In line with the applicable collective agreement




- Gross annual salary no less than: € 34.000
- The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives.
