As Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management, you will contribute to procurement strategy for your product and execute order placement and agreements with suppliers supporting business KPIs.

The Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management is responsible for:
- Contribute to develop and execute long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI
- Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing objectives.
- For New Product Development,



drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategy
- Partner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity
- Develop negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic Partnership
- Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs
- Develop Procurement initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC Procurement and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms)
- Leverage S&OP; data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals
