We are currently seeking a Graduate Rotational Program – Pre-Sales, Product Management & Project Delivery to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
We are looking for a high-potential graduate to join an 18‑month rotational development program designed to provide end‑to‑end exposure to our business and core operational processes.
The role sits within the Vertiv Power Business Unit, responsible for delivering end‑to‑end critical power solutions covering the entire power train — from the utility grid to the final load.
The portfolio includes:
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
- Critical electrical infrastructure
- Power distribution solutions
- Battery systems and BESS
- Busbars and switchgears
Owning the full power train enables Vertiv to guarantee high availability, operational continuity, and resilience for mission‑critical applications.
During the program, the candidate will rotate across three key functions—Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Project Delivery—gaining hands-on experience, developing both technical and business skills, and working closely with experienced professionals and key stakeholders.
At the end of the 18 months, career progression will be jointly evaluated with the candidate, identifying the best long‑term placement based on performance, interests, and strengths within one of the three functions.
