Role Summary

L'obiettivo principale di questo ruolo è quello di supportare il team di gestione del negozio nella realizzazione di un contesto di negozio che promuova la creatività, lo sviluppo dei dipendenti e la filosofia VIBE. Sostenere la filosofia "Peers Training Peers" di Urban Outfitters.

What You'll Be Doing

Gente:
- Capacità di reclutare, motivare, sviluppare e guidare un team
- Gestire gli aspetti di sviluppo delle performance all'interno del team di reparto (Valutazioni delle prestazioni, Piani di sviluppo individuali, Coaching e Counseling e azioni disciplinari)
- Riconoscere e sviluppare individui di talento per l'avanzamento e la crescita all'interno dell'organizzazione
- Sostenere gli standard aziendali e fungere da mo
