What You'll Do
- Create and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with precision, creativity, and style.
- Deliver engaging and personalized service that reflects the bold personality of W Hotels.
- Build genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the bar area.
- Prepare fresh garnishes, stock supplies, and ensure everything is ready to deliver a seamless service.
- Process transactions accurately and responsibly handle cash and payment procedures.




- Contribute to the energy and atmosphere of the venue, helping create memorable guest experiences every day.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, cocktail bar, lounge, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Passion for mixology, beverages, and guest engagement.
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Team player mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
