Join a collaborative technology team where you'll play a key role in optimizing and scaling the Atlassian ecosystem that supports business-critical operations. In this position, you'll design, administer, and enhance Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management environments while driving automation, integrations, and process improvements across multiple teams. You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and ensure a stable, secure, and efficient collaboration platform. Beyond technical administration, you'll mentor colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous evolution of internal tools and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Atlassian specialist who enjoys combining technical expertise with strategic thinking in a remote, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities
- Administer, configure,



and optimize Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Assets to support business and engineering teams.
- Design and maintain workflows, permission schemes, issue types, field configurations, dashboards, reports, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain automation rules and scripts to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Atlassian products and external platforms such as GitLab, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and other business applications.
- Create and enhance project structures, documentation, governance models, and internal collaboration processes.
- Provide technical guidance, user support, training sessions, and workshops to maximize effective adoption of Atlassian tools across the organization.
