Position Summary :

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of IT projects with regional or limited global scope, supporting Jet Aviation’s digital transformation initiatives. You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to delivery and transition into operations, across areas such as business applications, data analytics, infrastructure, cloud services, and automation.

In this role, you will also contribute to the development of a new Global IT Project Management Office (PMO). You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and create value.

A key part of this role is the ability to communicate clearly—translating complex technical topics into simple, business-friendly updates for stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, requirements, schedule, budget, design, testing, deployment, and transition to operations
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines,



and deliverables
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tracking milestones and critical path activities
- Provide clear and regular project updates, including status reports and presentations
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation actions
- Manage change control processes and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and scope
- Oversee vendor coordination and external resource management
- Develop and execute test strategies, including defect management and resolution
- Plan and manage cutover activities, hypercare support, and operational handover
- Support project closure activities, including lessons learned and retrospectives
- Contribute to the development of PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
- Participate in governance forums and project steering committe
