Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate new team member to join the Organization Development & Workforce Planning Team.
This role will focus on planning and controlling activities related to labor costs, as well as on key organizational topics, ensuring a fully integrated approach between workforce planning and organizational design.

Your Role
- Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting, providing actionable workforce insights and people analytics to support business decision-making and enable data-driven actions and process optimization.
- Support the monthly actual vs budget analysis for both headcount and labor costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
- Conduct cost analyses combining headcount, labor cost dynamics, and organizational structure, highlighting key drivers and trends.
- Monitor Inclusion & Equity KPIs and contribute to the preparation of the Sustainability Report, ensuring alignment with CSRD requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of organizational projects, collaborating with business, regions,



and functions to define and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in the field
- Background in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities

What we offer
- Type of contract: Permanent Tempo pieno

- Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
- Gross annual salary no less than: € 40.000
