An international customer service company is growing its team in Athens, Greece, and is looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a multicultural, supportive environment.

Day to day, you'll support customers by phone, email or chat, answer their questions professionally, follow up carefully on every case, and actively contribute to their satisfaction. We're looking for fluent Italian (spoken and written); a good level of English is a plus but not essential. No prior contact centre experience is required — your motivation and service mindset make the difference.
