About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office and supporting the hotel's overall commercial success.
The position combines strategic financial leadership with operational excellence, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, compliance and business performance across the property.
As a trusted business partner to the wider leadership team, you will provide financial insight that supports informed decision-making, while helping to create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Working at the intersection of finance, operations and people leadership, you will help drive profitability while enabling exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Finance in overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Office, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational effectiveness
