The Role

- Licensure: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in Pennsylvania.
- Certification: Valid CPR/BLS Certification.
- Health Requirements: Current TB Testing Documentation and a Physical Examination (within the last year).
- Skills: Strong clinical instincts with the ability to react decisively in emergencies.
- Communication: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Daily Living Assistance: Provide compassionate support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Patient Comfort:



Assist with positioning, ambulation, and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Health Monitoring: Accurately record vital signs, weight checks, intake/output, and blood glucose levels.
- Responsiveness: Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests, serving as the primary point of contact for patient needs.
- Specimen Collection: Perform urine tests and specimen collections as directed by the RN/LPN
