Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Receptionist for its Milan office.
Role and activities
- Daytime reception coverage (for staff access, driveway opening, parking management)
- Reception of employees, customers and candidates
- Managing incoming telephone calls and any internal communications
- General secretarial work, managing meeting rooms and archives.
What we offer
- The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 23,000 and € 26,000
- The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Professional Firms
- The specific remuneration package, including any variable components,
will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
- The role offers additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.
What we look for
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic English language skills
- Experience with the use of a PC and the Office package.
Experience in a similar role in structured and formal contexts will be considered a plus.
