As Europe Strategic CPS Integrated Energy Solutions Architect a, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Sales and cross‑functional teams to originate, shape,



and win integrated energy projects across Europe.
- Delivering customer‑centric solutions in geothermal, synchronous condensers, heat pumps, Combined Heat and Power, Long Duration Energy Storage, and integrated energy systems.
- Driving the early engagement with existing and new Customers, to create demand, build strong value propositions, and increase market penetration.
- Understanding and translating customer needs into competitive solutions defining the technical architecture to optimize the Project LCOE/LCOH/LCOS
- Building, managing and prioritizing a strong opportunity pipeline, supporting the definition of required Product and Commercial Strategies.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Proposal Management, Engineering, finance, legal, and partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Acting as a thought leader and ambassador for Baker Hughes at customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
