Purpose of the Role

Act as the voice of the Customer within the Service Platform, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of Quality and Safety issues. Drive a strong Quality culture focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the Right First Time approach while ensuring compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, surveys, and related improvement plans.
- Define, implement,



and monitor Quality and Safety objectives and action plans across projects, manufacturing, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the consistent application of Quality and Safety processes and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Promote a culture of Quality, Safety, and continuous improvement, reducing deviations and non-conformities.
- Coordinate project quality activities and ensure alignment with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality teams to address key issues, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure effective implementation of Lessons Learned (REX) processes.
- Lead internal and customer audits, monitor corrective action plans, and verify their effectiveness.
- Support the achievement and maintenance of external certifications in line with company strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Platform Quality team, fostering skills develop
