We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Key Account Management to lead our strategic customer portfolio and Key Account Management organization. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-value customer partnerships and leading a team focused on delivering exceptional customer value.
As Head of KAM, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer strategy, strengthening executive relationships and ensuring that KONE remains the preferred partner for our most important customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the Key Account Management team.
- Define and execute the strategic account management approach.




- Build executive-level relations with key customers.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer retention.
- Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic agreements.
- Ensure high-quality account planning and opportunity management.
- Collaborate across Sales, Operations and Service functions to deliver customer value.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales or Commercial Leadership.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Strong track record in delivering business growth and customer retention.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience managing complex customer environments and long sales cycles.
- Fluency in English/ Italian is an asset.
