The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of structured technical learning paths for Field Service personnel
- Contribute to the delivery of hands-on and digitally enabled immersive training programs leveraging real equipment, Virtual/Mixed Reality software, immersive reality platforms, and 3D laser-scanned environments
- Ensure training solutions replicate real field conditions—both physical and virtual—to enhance operational readiness and problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, instructors, and cross-functional teams to maintain technical relevance and accuracy of training content
- Promote experiential and immersive learning methodologies that accelerate competency development and practical application
