What makes this role exciting
Our fast-growing team in Italy is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist specializing in Italian payroll. This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay global payroll operations teams.
In this operational capacity,



the Italian Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and all payroll-related information.

Main responsibilities
- Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
- Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
- Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations
- Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement
- Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll
- Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
- Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreemen
