The Commercial Operations Manager will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops sales plan for a specific region.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing and negotiates proposals for spare parts, field services, and repairs, ensuring competitive pricing and value creation for shareholders.
- Managing complex commercial processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, legal, risk, and finance teams.




- Preparing and oversees regional frame agreements, negotiating tailored Terms & Conditions to meet customer requirements.
- Leading transactional deal execution, structuring commercially and technically sound solutions with creativity and precision.
- Ensuring proposal quality and timeliness, maintaining accurate tracking and updates of opportunities using relevant tools and systems.
- Coordinating proposal outputs and business hand-offs, ensuring alignment with production schedules and delivery timelines.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, from an accredited university or college.
- 1-2 years of experience in Proposals, Application Engineer, Field/Shop Operations, Commercial Operations, Project Management, or Sales, preferably within the energy or industrial services sector.
