Accountabilities:

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will manage inbound client inquiries, assess potential cases, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to scheduled consultation. You will be responsible for delivering excellent client experiences while supporting operational efficiency and growth objectives.
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients with empathy, professionalism, and active listening to create a positive first impression.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, understanding client needs, and determining suitability for available legal services.
- Schedule consultation appointments while working toward weekly booking goals and supporting conversion targets.
- Complete intake documentation accurately within legal CRM systems, ensuring records are complete, organized, and up to date.
- Follow up with potential clients, answer pre-consultation questions
