This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. SoftBank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing. The work model for the role is hybrid.
This is a global role; the preferred locations are: can be located anywhere in Europe, relocation not needed.
This Position Reports To Customer Success Manager
Your Responsibilities Drive software business development by identifying, qualifying,



and progressing new opportunities within the welding market.
Own and grow a healthy sales pipeline together with local sales teams and channel partners.
Develop commercial account plans for strategic customers and support negotiations to successfully close software opportunities.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize software adoption and recurring revenue.
Represent ABB Robotics at industry events, customer workshops, and trade shows to increase market awareness and generate leads.
Support go-to-market activities, including product launches, value proposition development, and sales enablement.
