We are currently looking for a HR Operations Associate Central & East Europe to join our People Services team, part of our HR Division based in Milan, Italy.
By joining this role,you'll playa vital role inour company's effortto provide efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of standardized processes, including onboarding, work data changes, terminations, contract management, and employee requests.You'llmaintainHR data integrity andaccurateemployee records while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Provide end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, contract management, leave administration, and offboardinginSAP Success Factors platform.
