Join Sibelco as Sales Manager and help drive our growth across Northern Italy.We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of our commercial activities across Northern Italy, preferably based in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by expanding our customer base,
developing new applications for our products, and strengthening relationships with existing customers across the construction and industrial sectors.Working closely with Technical Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Commercial Leadership, you will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on commercial approach to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and position Sibelco's global portfolio of industrial minerals and specialty materials as the preferred solution for our customers.In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* Driving profitable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities while expanding and developing existing customer relationships across Northern Italy.* Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging applications to grow Sibelco's market presence.* Managing commercial
