ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Quality System - Product Development Manager to lead the governance, deployment and continuous improvement of product development quality processes within the Iveco Group organization. The role is accountable for ensuring that engineering and development activities are consistently executed in compliance with corporate Quality System requirements, automotive standards, customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate combines solid experience in automotive product development with managerial capability, structured problem solving,
risk-based thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires leadership in process governance, audit readiness, quality planning, performance monitoring and cultural change across Engineering, Program Management and related functions.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of product development Quality System processes, procedures and governance models, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and automotive requirements such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA and ASPICE where applicable.
Ensure robust process deployment across Product Development by defining clear ownership, roles, responsibilities, milestones, deliverables and escalation mechanisms.
Promote structured quality planning and risk management throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring effective use of methodologie
