Your Main Responsibilities As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included) Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050 / month
Includes:
Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
Meal allowance (7 per working day)
Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip, tax-free until 31/12/2026)

Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing) Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,379.00 / month

Training Information Schedule: 8 hours/day
