Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an Account Manager.
THE ROLE
The Account Manager (Junior) is a critical early-career development role designed to build the next generation of commercial talent within Isola. This position focuses on developing foundational sales, technical, and customer-facing capabilities while gaining exposure to the company's products, markets, and industry dynamics.
Working under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager, the role combines structured learning with hands‐on experience, including management of a small portfolio of developing customer accounts. The position supports account execution, day‐to‐day customer engagement, and cross‐functional coordination, while progressively building toward greater ownership and commercial responsibility.
This role serves as an important link between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and alignment to customer needs. Over time,
the individual is expected to expand their scope, deepen industry knowledge, and transition into broader account ownership as part of a defined career progression.
Account & Revenue Management
Manage a small portfolio of low‐complexity or developing customer accounts with guidance from a Senior Account Manager
Support delivery of revenue targets for assigned accounts and contribute to overall regional sales goals
Maintain accurate CRM data, including customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts
Assist in preparing quotes, tracking orders, and supporting basic commercial activities
Customer Relationship Management
Act as a day‐to‐day contact for assigned customers on routine topics (orders, status updates, basic inquiries)
Build working relationships with customer contacts and support ongoing account engagement
Develop understanding of customer needs, applications, and business processes
Capture and share customer feedback with
