Position Overview
This role sits at the heart of strategic decision‐making. As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, you will shape sourcing strategies, challenge assumptions, and enable executive decisions that directly impact cost, risk, and business performance. This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, data, and influence in a fast‐paced environment. The position acts as a key bridge between data, sourcing execution, and executive decision‐making.
What You Will Do
Lead High‐Impact Sourcing Analytics
Own end‐to‐end RFQ / RFP processes using best‐in‐class e‐sourcing tools
Design complex sourcing events (multi‐lot, scenarios, optionality)
Build fact‐based supplier comparisons (TCO, risk, value)
Quantify financial impact and sensitivities
Turn Data Into Decisions
Gather, structure, and validate data from multiple sources (ERP, sourcing tools, suppliers, market data)
Build advanced Excel‐based models to support strategic choices
Support sourcing leaders in negotiation preparation
Present insights to procurement leadership, finance, and business leaders
Engage With Suppliers And Stakeholders
Manage supplier relationships and contract execution (pricing & terms, contracts, claims, delivery)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, production, supply‐chain, quality, technical) to ensure procurement aligns with business needs and specifications
Ensure on‐time‐in‐full supp
