About The Program
Join our Graduate Program as an Operations Specialist during an exciting transformation phase, as we move from manual processes towards more efficient, customer‐centric operations. You will support the harmonisation of operational processes to help deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.
What You Can Expect
Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, you will complete two rotations across departments before transitioning into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

Who We're Looking For
You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate in 2026, ideally in Engineering or a Technical field, or a related discipline.
You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
You have initial experience, ideally gained through structured work or internships in consulting or another relevant field.
You are curious, proactive, and comfortable coordinating and driving improvements.
You are based in Italy and fluent in English (mandatory) and Italian.
