Future Education Modena (https://fem.digital/) is an international EdTech center, created to innovate the frontiers of learning and training. It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators, and a network of national and international partners. It is organized into 10 strategic areas of educational R&D;, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students and professionals in the last 4 years through 300 original formats, is launching 4 EdTech startups and incubating 6 more. It organizes and manages the Learning More Festival, the first festival dedicated to the frontiers of the field. Learning. Presence and hybrid work: We don't want distance to be an obstacle to collaboration, but for this type of role we will give priority to people who can easily reach the workplace.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the design, development,
and prototyping of cutting‐edge teaching formats and original training tools within FEM's strategic R&D; areas.
Define and coordinate methodological innovation of projects, ensuring scientific rigor, scalability, and effectiveness of learning processes.
Actively experiment with the integration of the AI tech stack and AI-based methodologies for the evolution of teaching and training.
Collaborate with corporate and educational clients to develop projects, provide consulting services, and develop training proposals.
Collaborate closely with disciplinary teams to translate FEM research and development outputs into innovative training offerings.
Contribute to FEM's positioning as an international reference point for educational and training innovation, including by supporting the scientific planning of key initiatives and events (such as the Learning More Festival).
