Hager SE is seeking a Talent Management Partner for Italy and Zone South, based in Milan on a permanent contract. You will lead end‐to‐end performance and development across Italy, Spain and Portugal, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to build a high‐performing, future‐ready organization.
You will deploy development programs, enable leadership readiness, and leverage data analytics to influence strategy while collaborating with a global team across COEs and functions.
