During the work experience, you will work with our Italian asset management team working on a portfolio of 33 shopping malls in Italy.
With the Asset Manager, define and execute the 5Y business plan strategy for each shopping centre in his/her portfolio
Prepare operational updates for quarterly board meetings
Supporting appraisal evaluations
Participation in property tours with teams and third-party service providers
Support in preparation of financial analysis for lease recommendations
Assistance during acquisition and disposals of properties, including due diligence
