About the role We're excited to introduce an opportunity that connects technical expertise, customer support, and clean energy growth across Italy. As a Distribution Service Engineer - Italy, you will help our partners and customers get the best from our solutions while supporting a fast‐moving and collaborative service environment.
Responsibilities Manage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market.
Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.
Support onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager.
Join selected pre‐sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
Create and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region.
Prepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in after‐sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, O&M;, or a similar energy‐related environment.
Strong interest in clean‐tech and passion for helping customers solve technical challenges.
Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of Chinese a plus.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools and internal systems.
Independent, focused, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
Open to occasional travel (5‐10%) within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
