We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team for our Bologna or Pesaro Office. The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role to maintain and develop low level mathematical algorithms in our geometrical kernel. Play with NURBS, optimization, both in single and multithread conditions, solving real-life problems to support our customers to achieve outstanding results in everyday machining job. We are one of the world's leading developers of high-performance CAD/CAM solutions – and have been for 30years Our innovative CAD/CAM technologies ensure significantly higher performance in the programming process and set international standards in machining production.

YOUR MAIN TASKS
Requirements Analysis
Collaborate as part of a creative team to analyze the requirements for the new and ongoing development of our CAD/CAM software
Software Enhancement
Enhance existing software modules and actively participate in implementing new product features to improve the functionality and usability
Algorithm Design and Development
Responsibility for the maintenance and enhancement of core geometric kernel functionalities, as well as the design and development of algorithms supporting the entire product design process within the software
Agile Collaboration
Work collaboratively and in an agile manner with our product management and innovation team, engaging in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
Idea Contribution
Actively contribute your innovative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new solution concepts, fostering a collaborative and constructive environment within the team
