Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP Pastry) to lead the pastry galley on board, ensuring daily production, quality, and presentation of pastry and dessert offerings for daily menus.
You will forecast production, monitor leftovers to control costs, supervise a diverse team, and ensure strict adherence to USPH regulations and company standards. Shipboard experience preferred.
