Teceze is seeking a Field Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software at client sites in Fiorenzuola d'Arda. The role covers imaging devices, printer management, and room setup for conferences, with strong focus on SLAs and high‐touch service.
You will work with OEM vendors, perform IMAC services, support mobile devices, and assist with network and AV systems. A broad hardware/software troubleshooting capability and solid communication are required.
