Responsibilities
- Act as the first contact for all customer requests.
- Handle quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Support the sales force with administrative tasks and daily business activities.
- Create compliant and complete tender documents.
- Provide support to the Italian Manager in operations and tender documents.
- Use tender portals and procurement websites daily to identify relevant business opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation.

Qualifications




- Previous experience in customer service and tender processing is highly appreciated.
- Native‑level Italian and fluent written and spoken English are mandatory.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
- Strong customer focus and excellent teamwork skills.
