Experteer Overview As Sales Development Manager for the International Premium Brands, you will drive growth and profitability across markets by shaping portfolio strategy, aligning global brand plans with local execution, and leading cross‐functional initiatives. You will coach a team and monitor KPIs to implement corrective actions, partnering with markets to craft ambitious commercial plans. This role sits at the heart of Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages' international growth and sustainability commitments, offering a meaningful platform to influence brand performance and cross‐market impact.

Responsibilities At least 8 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing or sales in an international environment
Fluent in Italian and English

Solid understanding of business dynamics (finance, supply, operations)
Leadership and collaboration mindset; ability to work in a complex environment
