You'll work daily in Italian and English, collaborate with international teams, and play a direct role in protecting lives across the Mediterranean and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.




Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to support business growth.
Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
Performing additional duties as required by management.
About You – Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service experience and professional telephone manner (marine industry experience is a plus).
Confidence in handling complex, non‐standard cases – we don't use scripts, and we value creative problem‐solving.
A proactive, solution‐driven mindset with great attention to detail.
Fluency in Italia
