Job Purpose This role will shape the future of manufacturing and supply chain operations across a large and complex international network. As Senior Manager - Supply Chain Process Owner,



you will lead a team of Supply Chain Business Process Experts responsible for defining, governing and continuously evolving the Polaris operating model across planning, logistics, warehousing, shop‐floor operations, quality and plant maintenance. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of standardised processes, enabling operational excellence across multiple sites and ensuring alignment between local operations and regional business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities Lead & Develop the Team – Manage, coach and develop a team of 9 Supply Chain Business Process Experts, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.
Own the Polaris Operating Model – Define, govern and continuously improve standard processes across planning, logistics, warehousing, shop‐floor operations, quality and plant maintenance.
