Mondi is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst on a 6-month contract to support the Total Rewards team across job architecture, salary structuring and digitisation of annual compensation cycles. You will perform global benchmarking, assist in building salary ranges, and help digitise data in SuccessFactors, contributing to cross-country HR initiatives.
Fluency in English is required; German or other language is a plus.
