Job Scope
Ensure adequate technical and application support by intervening with customers promptly and professionally.
Starting from the pre‐installation phase, retrieve the necessary information in order to manage, follow and develop the activities related to the installation and the entire post‐sales cycle of field services.
Comply with company procedures to contribute to the optimization of resources and to work in compliance with the activities of other company entities.
